Anyone been to the Catalunya GP race?
My wife and I are already starting to plan a European tour next year -- a long deferred honeymoon (for our 11th anniversary!). And I know she's still a keeper, because she's just as excited as I am about the possibility of catching a race in Spain or Italy. We're thinking to be there in June, and so provisionally thinking about planning to be in Barcelona and attend the race there.
 Any suggestions/thoughts/concerns? I'm doing all the travel planning myself, and so wondering whether it's best to just do all the arrangements myself like any other city, and then buy race tickets? Or go with some company that sets up hotel/vip passes/etc. Also, anyone know how easy it is for a foreigner to get to and around that track? We've only been to the Indy GP, so not a lot of experience... |

Or Mugello? We might have to be at a wedding the weekend of the Catalunya race, so interested in whether anyone's done the Mugello circuit also. Tuscany is definitely on the list as well.

Sounds like fun! I was within 30 miles of the Assen race a few years ago, and would probably have been able to go if I had gotten my **** together just a little sooner (had much of the day free already, and could have cancelled that one meeting!). Still regret it!
