New to me track bike - 2009 ZX6R

I picked up a new bike yesterday, a couple of hours after I sold my CBR. Today I gave it a bath, replaced the bars, switched out some screws, and gave it a good look over.

Here is the list of goodies on the bike.

• Ohlins 25mil cartridge kit
• Elka triple clicker rear shock
• Ohlins steering damper (oem body but has been revalved with race internals)
• Leo Vince Full SS Exhaust System
• GB case covers
• Woodcraft Frame sliders
• Woodcraft Clip Ons
• Vortex Rearsets
• 520 chain and sprockets
• Motion Pro revolver throttle
• Power Commander V
• Armour Bodies Race bodywork with D-zus fasteners
• CRG race brake and clutch levers
• Tech Spec tank pads
• SS brake lines
• Vesrah brake pads
• Keyless Ignition
• Puig Race windscreen
• Keyless gas cap

For 5k, that's a good deal. Do you have sound restriction at your local track? 103db is the limit for most tracks in California, excluding Laguna Seca which is 90db. I had to remove my Standard Area P full exhaust and shoot for a longer slip-on with baffle to reduce noise. I don't know how your CBR looks like, but looking at that bike you made the right decision. I always wanted a Green Ninja.

Thank you. We do not have any sound restrictions at the tracks that I run at.

I am a fan of the orange wheels...

But then again I had a 2004 ZX6-RR that was Kawi green with Orange wheels stolen from me years ago.

Always wanted to do that scheme again.

I can't wait! Unfortunately I won't be quite as easy to spot in my red power ranger suit. Ordered this Tuesday.

I ordered an A* Orbiter, hopefully I have more luck with it. The last suit was so far from fitting I'm wondering if it may have been sized wrong.

Well the orbiter is a little tight but once it breaks in it should fit my fat ass.

I gave up on the Annitori quick shifter and went with Dynojet. After spending three weeks fighting the Annitori with no luck I spent an hour or so with the Dynojet and it works great.

I also bought some gas tank sliders and a shift rod extension.

The bikes are put up for a while so the sliders will be installed later on.

The only other thing I have done for the bikes is I bought them a new bike hauler. I traded in my Lexus CT200h and Toyota Tundra in order to save some money.

Dude please give me a shoutout once you test that hauler. I have a Tiguan which does the job fine for a 4x6 enclosed and my R6 but I want a larger trailer which can fit 2 bikes + everything bike related in it. I might end up trading the Tiguan for something more capable.

Will do. I have hauled the trailer with more weight than this with the V6 4Runner my mom had a few years back and it did fine. I do plan to add Firestone air bags to the rear just to keep it a little more level when towing.

I actually did a little something to the bike.

Tank sliders.

Then changed the rear number plate to yellow and added my number. There are a few bubbles and wrinkles but it's good enough.
