Homemade GP pipe
So I was going to ditch my Sportisimoto system for Jardine's GP but said, screw it I'll make it. I used the headers, baffle and packing from my system and bought 3 exhaust pieces, high temp paint and a chrome tip- $22 total. It's obviously louder but still not obnoxious according to everyone I've asked. Way less than some Harleys around here.

Maybe heating up the rear tire too much?
Other than that, it looks very god.

Changing the effective length of the exhaust will affect the tuning, you're probably going to need a rejet at some point.

Every ninja 250 is going to sound like a very high revving tractor. It's a parallel twin. No exhaust is going to change that.
