My 250 Cafe/Naked Bike

I've been lurking this forum for awhile but decided to finally post up what I have so far in hopes of getting some advice but also to show it off.

This is my first bike so I am by no means an expert and don't have any fabricating abilities, so if I haven't been able to bolt it on, I haven't done it. That being said, I started this project after getting in an accident that caused my handlebars to get bent and the front fairing to be cracked - the rest of the bike was OK. I needed to get new handle bars and front fairing so I decided I would go with the naked look and get a more aggressive handle bar position. I left the "chin" fairing in place because I thought it makes it look kinda cool.

Mods:
* 7" round headlight (generic one from motospeed)
* Woodcraft clip ons
* Bar end mirrors

Hmm after typing it out I guess I haven't really done much to it. I'm not really brave enough to start stripping out parts and doing the backend at this point.

One major thing that I'm missing and having a hell of a time finding is a nice gauge cluster. I would like to get a typical looking one like an oldschool Honda CB or something but not having much luck. I really want something like this but I don't know if the speedo or tach will be correct. What do you all think?
