Tail section replacements

Hi guys, it seems to me everytime I do something to my bike, I mess something up. During my initial ventures, I managed to bust all the tabs on my rear cowls. I want to replace them with a single unit which would replace the entire tail section, something like a race tail. Is something similar available in the market? Maybe in Indonesia? The land of modded 2fiddys. As always, the driving word is "CHEAP"... lol

Zip ties? Don't get much cheaper than that.

Actually they're already on the bike, but I do want to get them replaced... I can get them in India for 100$, but I was wondering if I can get something as a single unit like a race style thing. I know Pyramid Plastics makes one in the UK which is quiet fantastic, but unfortunately at over 300$ so is the price... lol Thanks for your reply

Your best bet may be a race fairing and retrofit a light in!

I'd say to save up for the pyramid plastics one, it's a quality product and it's all included in the package, you can get a cheap chinese / indian one that won't fit properly, won't include all the parts, colours may not match etc.

I say get a hot bodies race one and build your own mounts for the tail light and cut a hole in the back.

I definitely like the race tails available from
http://sharkskinz.com/
http://hotbodiesracing.com/
http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/
Not sure which of these could ship internationally though. We do have a lot of San Diego-area guys who could pick them up locally from HotBodies or AirTech and ship them.

The price is what kills it for me... I guess I'll just be buying the stock ones in the end... Thanks for your replies
