Engine Size

What is the biggest engine size that doesnt need to be registered, and licensed? I live in Kentucky if thats a factor

If its street legal it has to be registered and license. There's pretty much no escaping that.

49cc is the max size in CT in which no registration or insurance is required. At 50 CC you need to register it. Not sure if that helps you out in KY.

The only problem with not registering or insurance is that you can't drive it out on the streets without it.

In MA you can ride a scooter that is 49cc or under with no license, insurance or registration. Any scooter over that requires a class D drivers license (you need an M endorsement for motorcycles) and registration and insurance.

The only motorcycle you'll be riding on public streets with no license, registration or insurance is an illegal one that's going to get you in trouble.

No I was just wondering cuz I was going to buy a moped until I get all my motorcycle stuff complete, idont plan on riding til spring.

Georgia is kinda like that too. Anything 50cc and under can be ridden on the street with a regular drivers license and insurance. No registration, or tag required.
