TrackXperience will be running a BEAT THE HEAT schedule at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway June 14-15.
Gates open at 5:30 AM, track is hot at 7:00AM and will be cold at 3:00PM
Registration and Tech inspection will be available Friday and Saturday nights.
Saturday will be run Clockwise, Sunday will be run Counter Clockwise. That's like two racetracks in one weekend!

*$175.00/day <-- $160.00 early registration discount good until May 24.
*3 Group, 20 minute Format
*Free New Track Rider Orientation school with purchase of Level 1 spot
*Overnight camping at the track is available.
*Saturday night potluck dinner, bring something to share!
*Free water for all of our riders.
*Bridgestone Tire Services
*Catalyst Reaction Suspension Tuning
*Gagliano Pizza Napoletana will be offering free pizza again at the potluck and debuting a couple of new toppings!

All the info you need for this event:

IMPORTANT! We are running a Beat the Heat schedule! This means that the mandatory riders meeting will be held at 6:30 am. You MUST attend the riders meeting if you intend to ride on the track this weekend. The schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Gates open at 5 am. Tech inspection and registration will open at 5:30. The riders meeting is at 6:30. The track will be hot from 7 am until 3 pm.

The gates will be closed and locked at 9 pm on both Friday and Saturday nights. Please plan accordingly.

Saturday we will run clockwise, Sunday we will run counter-clockwise.

Drink plenty of water. Start hydrating now! The temperatures are expected to be in the low 100’s during the day and the 70’s at night.

Services:
Food: There will be no food services available, so please plan on bringing all meals with you.

Potluck: Saturday evening we will be having our track-wide pot luck featuring Gagliano Pizza. Please bring a dish to pass and come hang out with the TrackXperience staff under the Big Top.

Instruction: As always, we will be running our FREE New Track Rider School in Level 1. If you are interested in this class, please designate yourself at registration. We also offer free one-on-one instruction in all groups. Please ask any TrackXperience staff member for some coaching and we’ll gladly work with you to help you improve your skills.

Tires: Cyclemall will be selling Bridgestone tires for all of your rubber needs. Mount and balance services will be available as well.

Photography: Caliphotography will be on-hand making you look fast. You will also have the opportunity to pre-pay for pictures if you want to be sure to get some good ones.

YAY! BTW, Alex, you said something about signing up in Level 1. You might wanna consider Level 2, at least for the first 2 sessions. We do lead-follow the whole first session and the single gear drill the 2nd session. They're painfully slow for folks who aren't n00bs and you have to pass nicely.

But, you are more than welcome to sign up for whatever you want. Hope you can make it!

At about 6:30 in the morning when the rider's meeting starts. We take walk-ups as long as we have room in the groups, but we prefer cash if you do that. We don't do half days or anything weird like that.
