A brave effort by a local nut to shake off the cops by feeding diesel into his hot exhaust. Given that it was a Peugeot 309 I'm surprised he was able to speed in the first place

It works, he just has to set it up to turn itself off, find a crossroad activate smoke, deactivate it & make your turn, 1/3 chance of picking the right way...
 Not that I'm condoning this sort of thing...
