Took a chance on Chinese fairings....
And I must say, I'm pretty happy with the decision. I did a lot of research before I decided to buy them, and there was mixed reaction from what I read. Tons of people complaining about fitment issues, holes not completely drilled, etc. But there were others who were happy with the purchase, too. So the chances of me getting ripped off seemed like a coin flip, and I chose to do it. Ordered them on October 20th and the package was delivered today, November 9. Not bad for a large package coming from China.
My initial reaction when I opened the package was positive. Each piece was wrapped individually with that white foamy stuff. It included the green outer fairings AND the black inner fairings too, so that was nice (even though I didn't use the black ones) Paint seemed good, lines seemed straight, plastic didn't crumble in my hand. Then I got to work, which took a couple hours. I saw a lot of complaints from others saying their headlights were not even close to fitting the front fairing. To my delight, mine fit perfectly. Here's the finished product. I'm extremely pleased with the fitment, except for 1 spot on the right fairing. Up close (you'll see below) it doesn't look so great. But I submit that you don't notice it otherwise. Now I play the waiting game....and I'll see how they hold up.

I was looking at aliexpress.com and found some that I liked and saw it was from this store:
http://www.motofairingset.com/Inject...7-p-25700.html Total was $398. It was about $270 for a new OEM right fairing, so I decided to get a full set from China for just a little more.

It could be that your front fairing stay was tweaked if you were in an accident.

Unfortunately the green is a little off, it's a shade more olive than lime; but I can't expect everything to be perfect
