Hi!

I'm matthieu, 21 years old, student in medicine school here in paris.

I own a 2010 green ninja 250r and I subscribed in this forum to look after pics of ninja 250r with a rear hugger. I'm thinking of buying one from scott and I can't choose which color to get since my bike is green but has black rear and green passenger seat (2010 model). Matte black, black, carbon? Or even green?

My bike is actually at ermax's, which is a french motorcycle accessories brand. So you can see pictures of it here: http://www.ermax.fr/nouveaute-NINJA_...08_11-367.html
With a brand new license plate holder, wind screen and turning lights. I should get it back by the end of the month.

Your forum is much more complete than our french speaking forum, probably because the old 250r wasn't sold here and the new one sells so little that nobody had ever seen a 250r before in every event I went.

Welcome!

I have the 09 Green SE and I got the Black (Diablo Black) rear hugger from Scott. I got it in Black because the front fender was black and it just seemed right to me. Scott does very good work and I really like it. He recommended green to me and I can see that it would look good too. There is alot of black in the rear of the bike and the green would offset that some. But you will really need to decide what is right for you... I went for the symmetry.

Sorry about the quality/location. It was on my camera phone and the weather and location wasn't good. But here is the rear hugger in Diablo Black on my bike.

For the exact same reason (green front fender here) I'm going for green. I found a picture of the 2010 SE with a green sportisi hugger and it decided me.
