chp directive for maximum traffic revenue...
we all know about the increasing government budget deficit...and now there is an official directive for the chp to spend more time where traffic revenue is greatest...because there is not enough officers to enforce traffic laws, freeways and city streets will received 100% attention and policing the desolate areas such as mountain roads will cease...now we can ride without looking over our shoulders...
chp directive maximum revenue april fools....
