Has anyone used THREEBOND PLASTIC REPAIR KIT
How well does it work?
Is it hard to use?

Never tried it.
For small cracks, I usually use a hot glue gun on the backside. |

What does it do that ABS cement from a home improvement store with automotive filler wouldn't do?

I've used it to patch up some holes/cracks on my race fairings and it works perfectly fine.
