Cleaned up the tail a bit more

Installed the integrated tail yesterday. I absolutely love the look of this thing. Thanks goes out to Renner for finding this

Looks great.

Just remember for all intents and purposes, you have no more rear turn signals as far as cagers are concerned.

It flashes yellow pretty brightly. Should be plenty to warn that Im preparing to turn.

Make sure you turn on the sequential feature just so that there is no doubt where you are turning

There's a reason the DOT mandates that signals are a given distance apart. Cagers aren't staring at your rear light to see what side of the tail light is lit up yellow and they shouldn't, they just see yellow out of the corner of their vision.

Not saying don't use them, just be wary, because car drivers will likely not know if you have your left or right signal on...

if you believe this is ever not the case, -- as in cagers ever pay any attention to you-- you are going to die.

have a nice day!

Well i can use the stock signals and just have those go off and not the ones in the tail. Judging by the feedback maybe i should just go ahead and do that.

Don't make my negative nancy attitude change your mind. The integrated tails look awesome. And as Alex implied, you should be looking and not relying on a signal to others.

I chose to keep my stock signals because, to me, I try to do the most I can to be visible. I got an led tail for the brightness and strobe flash, not for the signals. The sequential signals might be a good way to go. Feel it out, ultimately it's up to you, do what you want, and what makes you happy.

Yoshi f/e is great. I've got that one too.
You can always have both the turn signal in the integrated tail light and stock turn signal.

a relevant thread from another members' battles with an integrated tail light... chances are it'll work out fine, but not before a fight.

That's why you keep your stock turn signals and ADD the integrated tail (like i will).

Also, I wouldn't trust the CustomLED "research" one bit. Even if you did, the motodynamic tail is cheaper and you can turn the sequential feature off.

What "research" are you referencing?

I have seen multiple people comment that the customled light is the brightest of the integrated lights.

Consider the double LED setup:

The blinkers are Tri's Rear LED Turn Signal Indicators
