Gauge backlight

Is there anyway to switch the stock gauge to light up brighter? or a different color?

I too am interested in this mod. I've found some cool blue and green LEDs online and just wanted to see if anyone can verify them for me. They're T10 194 168 501 bulbs. Also, I checked out the thread linked in this one, and it says that you need an LED relay if you change the turn signal dash bulb. So if I don't swap that bulb out, then I wouldn't have to worry about the relay?

The relay is for led turn signals. For the indicator to be led, you'd need to do the diode mod. Search that here.

I replaced all the lights behind my gauges with green leds and the lights behind the warning lights with the respective color leds. All my leds were from superbrightleds.com i like it a lot.

So as long as I'm not going to change the indicator bulb (leaving it stock), I wouldn't have to worry about doing the diode mod, right? I was just looking to do the gauges, unless that would cause issue elsewhere

Yeah you'll be fine. Those are on their own circuit.
