Sound Test using I-Pone as a Mic

Wind noise has been killing my Videos as of late and since I cant find a local decent and cheap remote mic I tried using my I-Pone and a audio recording app. Let me know what you guys think @Jiggles

This first one Is a short clip of 0-60mph first part is stock GoPro Mic ans full water proof casing mounted to the wind screen. The second part is the same video but with the I-Phone recording from my back Jacket Pocket.

This is an Extended Version with more shifting, and traffic using the I-Phone mic only

Dude iPhone mic sounds so much better. With the gopro set up the way you have it at least its not getting windnoise but with the iphone doing the audio it has a much better tone.

I will most certainly be copying you

I figure I can drop the I-Phone right into my hollow back hump on my leathers and call it a day

Sounds good, just make sure you have a reliable way to sync up the audio and video. I would turn the both on and say test test test so that the camera and iphone pick it up then just adjust it a bit in the video editor
