Coloured chain lube

Hey guys. Just wanted to know if any of you guys have used ipone chain clean and lube before and if you have what do you think of it? I ran out of my old lube and decided to try these out. The Chain lube is coloured red, green or blue. It goes on whatever colour you pick . They only had green and blue in stock (I wanted red for my bike). I ended up getting the blue one. Here's some pics of it.

How much was it? I wonder if autozone or any of the local bike stores have it, I always forget if I've lubed the whole chain when I get to that part of my routine maintenance.

I'm from Australia so I wouldn't know what you have in the U.S. but I got the lube for $15 and the chain cleaner for $25. yeah it really helps to keep track of where you're up to when lubing the chain

I just use Motal racing lube, which makes my chain white for a while. But your lube is cool

Use a reference point on the chain when you start and you'll know when you're done.

I use the master link.

The stock chain doesn't have a master link so it'll be a bit hard to do that

There should be some sort of marking on at least one of the plates.

Use a sharpie and put a dot on one of the plates.

Yeah it looks really sticky but doesn't feel too different from the lube I was using before. Might just be because it's blue. I just went for a ride with it and it was pretty damp but it still looks fine to me, I can't really see any dirt collecting on it. It also doesn't seem to fling off as much either.

All the plates have either 320 VP2 or DID on them. That's a good idea but I make sure the whole chain is lubed properly anyway so its not much of a problem.

Maybe I am doing something wrong but I put her on the center stand pop her in first and spray. No problem getting the whole chain.

You never want to be doing any work with the bike running and in gear, your sprockets can eat up your fingers pretty quick.

Which will only encourage you to clean and lube more regularly. It's a GOOD thing.
