White Marks in Oil Level Gauge

Hello all,

Today I took my bike out after sitting for the winter. I let it warm up, then drained the oil and put new oil in. I also cleaned and oiled the K&N air filter.

After the change, I went out for a short ride (about 3 miles or so) and when I came home to check the oil level and there seemed to be some white junk or something on the oil level gauge. Not sure what this is (coolant maybe), and was wondering if anyone has seen this before?

Thanks,

Dave

Posts: A lot.
If the oil is still new looking, it's probably just a little moisture on the sight glass. Ride it some more.
