scooter tyre??
im finding it hard to get a rear tyre for my 1995 bike.most 130/80-16 tyres i can see are for scooters.my bike will do about 105mph flat out.i only ride between 60-80mph.will i be alright putting on a scooter tyre with speed rating p 94mph?

Get the 120/80 and 100/80 Avon viper stryke. The tire size is better suited for the bike in my opinion, and the tires are really nice as far as all weather conditions go. I've only put 200 or so miles on mine, but over varied road conditions and they've held up good under pressure so far. And they're rated at 115 I believe..
EDIT: bikebandit.com has a pretty good deal on them, I got mine shipped for ~$134 and the got to me damn near the next day. |

Not just any scooter tire, but the Pirelli Diablo Scooter is quite highly rated. It's a relatively new design tire with modern construction, modern compound, and gets good reviews all around. I'd be very comfortable putting them on a pre-gen ninjette.

As others have already said on this site and the other one you posted the same question on, no problem running the scooter tires. However you could also go up to the 90 profile series to have a better/bigger (?) selection of tires. 100/90-16 F and 130/90-16 for the Rear. Along with many others I've been running the 90 profile tires for years.
