Talking S20 Performance, and Best Tire size

Hello guys , I'm about to change my tires, the only available here is the bridgestone battlax s20. has anyone ever used s20?

First, I want to know its wet performance (some review only stated the dry performance which is pretty good). Maybe some of guys ever tested in ninja250.

Second, I want to know about the tire size, since the smallest size of s20 are only available in 110/70 Front and 120/60 Front. And 150/60 Rear.
the rim is 2.75" Front , so 110/70F would fit best. 120/60F can fit in but it is not good (out of tolerance).
the rear has to be 150/60 (yes It way out the 3.5" rear rim tolerance, but that is the smallest rear tire size of s20). so my question is, which one is better (not best ): 110/70F + 150/60R or 120/60F + 150/60R ?

thanks in advance

Why are you limited to the S20? Given the choices you listed, 110/70 on the front, 150/60 on the rear is the best option. But not sure why those are the only options, with all of the better suited rubber now available for these bikes.

ya here no authorized dealer for good tyre like battlax, pirelli, michelin, etc. local tyre is not good (no big size, because common bike here only 125cc scooter). most shop here only sells s20 which is available on those size. the difference width , 110F vs 150R, is that really okay? if we forget about rim tolerance, which one would be better 110F 150R or 120F 150R?

You have access to the Internet, order whatever you want online & have them fitted at the local shop.

Indonesia is a big country, to the best of my knowledge the police there have 250's & 300's so there has to be somewhere that will do reasonable tyres to fit it in the country.

Standard size is 110/70/17 front

Who makes the S20?

yes some police even use big bike , but some supplier here only get s20 and bt39 for smaller 125cc bike 14inch one...

so it it still okay to have 110F - 150R width difference?

I had that combo on my 250 with the BT45's. It'll ride fine, although turn in won't be as sharp. You should feel pretty stable in turns over the oem size. It's not impossible to fit the 150 on the rear, but it's challenging. I used a set of s20's on my R6 and they ride pretty good. I think the Bt45's offer excellent wet traction and would be a better choice if you ride in the wet a lot. The s20's handled well in the rain too, but they're more of a dry weather tire.

Whiskey- Bridgestone makes the S20.

thanks for the advice ! now I'm confident to take 110/70 150/60 choice !

I hate bt45 because there is local tyre here which tyre pattern are very similiar
