silence, for a fallen rider.

Watching this as the cars collide and the cycle ignite in a ball of fire was certainly a site to be seen coming home from a day at the office.

I thought that he had a bit of an unusual name, so I searched on Google and found a couple of references to a 70+ rider in "vintage MX racing":

It was just as shocking witnessing the entire ordeal. I had to pull over to the shoulder and collect my thoughts. Said a prayer for, at the time unknown, man then drove home. Life is certainly fragile, and we mustn't forget it.

Why did the idiot drive off the lane? Did he fall asleep? Just an idiot teen driving too fast with little driving expereince? Distracted by a cell phone/texting?
