I think what he's trying to say is that these are very impressive low speed maneuvers. I'd say anyone who can lean a bike like that at 1.5km/hr probably is one of the best

The only shocking thing I saw in the video is the suspension... must be made of sponges or something.

They're not going that slow. Pretty sure the video is slowed. This looks like it's form the Isle of Man TT.
