FS: 2005 (PreGen) Ninja 250 engine

**SOLD**

2005 Ninja 250 engine with approximately 1000 mi.

Previously purchased from a salvage yard, says "600 mi" on the valve cover. Stored indoors, no corrosion. Includes coils. $270

**Must pick-up in the Madison, WI, area. Not currently willing to ship***

EDIT: It does need the clutch reassembled (all the parts are included) and a new oil filter bolt to replace the one that is chewed-up. It has never been disassembled otherwise to my knowledge.

It was a spare engine that my son got a while ago from a guy he knew, thinking his 30,000 mi Ninja Beater may give up at any point (had a hard life before we got it). It never did. His buddy said this engine was in good condition and had little time on it, but we have not started it.

Now we are Ninja-less (sold both 250s and the 500), so he has been selling off all his "spares".

Still have the engine - pick-up price is now $250 for Ninjette members.

Check prices on eBay. It's a good deal.

Anyone done a pre-gen engine into new-gen frame swap?
Would be nice to have additional top-end power. New-gen runs out of steam past 12k.
