Two brothers power tips?

I was just wondering if anyone had the p1 power tip or the p1x power tip. I want to buy one but I heard the p1 doesn't make much of a difference and I don't want to completely loose the sound just quiet it a little. Please let me know what you think of these power tips and which one you prefer.

I have a p1 tip on my tbr exhaust. Really there is no difference. It's still going to be pretty loud. You can see a video comparison here. I heard you can tell more with a p1x tip, but those only come in gold, so I opted for the red p1.

I've got the 1X p/tip. The noise factor is reduced a bit, but if this is a major issue I'd recommend keeping the stock muffler. If you can't run with the big dogs, don't get off the porch so they say. If you need to ask about muffler noise, then its best to stay with stock.
