Need a 2008+ clutch cable right away! In SoCal/San Diego.
Hey, guys. I'm willing to pay dealer prices for a clutch cable if you can get it to me so I can install it before I have to go to work at midnight on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. There are a lot of SD-ers so I'm hoping that there's a chance of this happening. Please LMK ASAP. Thanks!

I got the old one repaired at Clairemont Cycle Supply. I'm trying to install it now, so I hope all goes well!
Thanks. EDIT: Installed. Lever feels TOO easy to pull, but it seems to work. The clutch arm looks like it's pulled out of the engine ever so slightly more than before. I did have to lift and rotate a couple times because it wouldn't just rotate back. Last futzed with by CZroe; December 14th, 2010 at 06:10 PM. |

After reading this thread I went and ordered myself one, just in case. The dealer had to order it. He was going to charge full price ($25 & some change), but I got him to sell it to me at Ron Ayers Price ($19.00). I ask him if there were any indications of them being back ordered and he said all his warehouses had plenty supply.
