Question Who knows how to replace speedometer bulbs?!?

My speedometer bulbs are not out yet but they are getting there. What type of bulb and how do I change them? I could probably figure out how to do it on you tube or just fiddling with the bike but, I don't want to mess it up and I don't know what types of bulbs to get. What are you suggestions

I used those instructions and am currently running LED's in all those (and have done the diode mod for LED signals) that are all the proper sizes for their respective sockets. My gauges are green

Pull the upper fairing, look for black rubber plugs with wires coming out of them on the back of the cluster, there's only three I think, pull them out, the bulbs are pressed into sockets in the black rubber plug. They're 168s or 194, can't remember which, only difference between two numbers is brightness.

What do you means they're not burnt out but "getting there"? They're light bulbs, not tires. There are no wear bars or tread depth measurements. How many miles do you have left on your headlight?

It depends on how often he changed his headlight fluid...

@Skippii: There is still a light but it is fading. They are not burnt out but the light is fading. I can see the RPM's fine but my speed one the light is fading. I can't see from 0-25 MPH because there is barely any light there. It might sound stupid but I am a newbie so I am sorry if I am not up to speed as you seem.

One of your bulbs is burned out, that's why the bottom area is dark. Probably hard to see the trip odometer numbers, too. Solution is easy.

#194 bulbs for the gauges, and #74 bulbs for the idiot lights. Says that in the link I posted, and the PM I answered you with... try walmart, or autozone.

Help!!

Can you help me with the LED bulbs you used to replace the ones in the instrument cluster?

What size do I need?
What website?
How many?
Which one's do I get if I want the bluish tint?

@EsrTek, in his defense, the tips I gave are for a pregen. For a new gen, it's a different combo of bulbs, but I already PM'd him that

I installed the diode kit onto the bulb in my dash. I have an electronic relay and went to test out to see if the turn signals worked.... Right side came on fine and everything was blinking at the same time. As soon as I switched over to the left side they all went out and I saw I figured out that I blew a fuse. Replaced the fuse and the same thing happened. What am I doing wrong?

Here are the LEDS I have:
-Integrated tail light
-Flush mount turn signals
-Integrated turn signals on mirrors.

All stock turn signals have been removed.

Help!!
