I finally found a actually business to rig up my muffler!!! No more relying on a "homie hookup"! I'm taking it in on Monday.

ok i installed the new right side flushmount, and lowered the front end 3/4". Clipons should be delivered on Wednesday along with the new baffel. So the plan is to put on the new bars and take all new muffler the pieces to Charlie for welding. Justin is still not done with paint.....

We got down to the 'end' of the fun part and had to go back. Well then... Humm.... Can I go first? Mrs. Caliente described where we were going and Tyke and I were off! I didn't get far before I found a car that was going just a little bit slower than I would have liked.

One of the reasons I had decided to go ahead, aside from taking the corners a little faster, was to take pictures. I knew I could get ahead far enough to take out the Nikon and get some shots

Today was a long time coming. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. It turned out the fates agreed. It was time to meet Noche Caliente!

On top of knowing that I knew it was going to be a long day. As it turned out I was right!

Time to get underway 6:00am wake up time to be out the door by 7am. I sprang Tyke from storage the night before and had her buckled down to my civic so I wouldnt have to fight with storage.

The day started out nicely I headed out with little to no traffic. I was doing good on time. When I reached the DC area I realized I had forgotten my phone at home! That was desasterous because I knew I was going to get it in the end as no one could get ahold of me. Never mind the fact that where I was riding there wasn't much signal. Either way. I got a scolding when I got home and told that if I forget my phone again it'll be the couch. So nice to know he cares.

Anyway back on...

Ordered some Intuitives with my Boot Camp Loot. Supposed to get them on Wednesday, we'll see. Of yeah and Justin supposed to be done with paint this week. He wants me to give him the bike again this winter for some narly paint job... idk. I kinda want to do it myself this winter to get out of the house....

With a second baby on the way, I bought a second car for myself. It's difficult to rely on one car and bike with as much as I have to do. I've thought about selling the Ninjette a few times this summer, to save money for when the baby comes. I keep riding, though, not sure if I want to keep it or sell it. Luckily, my wife enjoys bike almost as much as I do. She eventually wants me to get another bike so she can have the Ninjette. I'd love to get something a bit larger with a sidecar for the kids. My four year old loves rides with Daddy, so it's hard to think about not having a motorbike.

After checking out the "rattling" thread i finally got around to tightening my clutch lever. Or I should say i attempted tightening it. Was unsuccessful at the screw so i jacked with the cord. I think i tightened it a lil' bit....
