Especially by people who think they are too good for Mopeds.

Do such people exist, yes.

I question if they are real though. Many that I've met are very very fake (and shallow).

Not sure how to answer poll?

"Common"... as in... there's more than one? Oh lawd.

If I met someone like that I wouldn't know how to talk with them. I think I'd just gormlessly stare expecting them to suddenly break out of character and start producing meaningful sentences.

USA has lots of these weird locales that if you didn't know was real you would be absolutely sure it was an insensitive parody. going to the south is like watching a racist disney cartoon from the 1950s. you should meet someone from MA. the rest of the country affectionately calls them "MAssholes"

you know that show the jersey shore? those people actually exist.

You get a lot of people like this in baltimore, they're full of **** but they exist

I expect that they'd be around in a lot of other places as well

"they can't get with the program" is a common phrase in balmore spoken the same exact way

Just what is this "program" and what exactly happens when they "get with" it?

it's basically "give me what I want that I clearly don't deserve to have but think I do"

I haven't been to the states, so I don't know this for sure, but I get the impression that there are a substantial number of really, really dumb people out there. I mean; the girl in that video, I honestly don't think I've met anyone that stupid in England.

I've seen other videos of American cops pulling people over and these cops were clearly mentally deficient. That would be terrifying to me! This verging-on-retarded person with a gun and an authoritative outfit barking orders at me.

This forum has a large population of level headed Americans and some of you are clearly very clever. I don't know how you don't go crazy though with all these Obama-phone-types, drooling at the mouth and regurgitating the meaningless phrases back and forth between each other, occasionally picking up something new from the TV.

I guess some people can be like that because they lack accountability for their actions.

In our defense, and in the defense of other countries (say Russia), normal average people don't make good videos. So what you see are the extremes. The rest of us just go about our daily lives and never make our 15 minutes of fame on the Stage of Stupidity.
