Finally decided to stop lurking..
Until now I've just been looking around on the forums, trying to familiarize myself with the more technical aspects of the bike. I'm 15 ( Don't worry, I'm not too immature
 ), and live in northeast Tennessee. Obviously I've never had a car and this is my 3rd bike. The 1st I've ever actually done any mods on though. I got my motorcycle permit the weekend of my 15th birthday. Took the MSF course with my mom (A harley rider, along with my stepdad ), and took the certificate up to the DMV the Monday after the course. I haven't done a whole lot to my bike, other than the free/extremely cheap DIY mods. Earlier in the year I took a dremel to the rear fender and chopped that thing off, and earlier today I de-snorkeled the bike, cleaned the air filter, and shimmed the carb needles. I was going to get a K&N drop in air filter, but I'm leaning towards going to a full exhaust within the next 2-3 months. I figure I'll just wait and replace the airbox with the K&N R-0990. I've got the mod train rolling now, and can't wait to spend more money on my baby. I also adjusted the rear preloader thing, I'm having a complete brain lapse right now, but I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about. I actually don't have any of me with the bike, for whatever reason, but here's a few random pictures. The first is when it was brand new, second is with my 2nd bike (a 2009 SE ninja) the third is me finally completing the break in, and the fourth is my baby nekkid today while doing the shimming.
