Alpinestars USA customer service

Big thumbs up to Alpinestars! My husband has worn a hole into his glove after only 4 months of use. (SMX-2 Air Carbon Gloves) (I left out the fact that he's rode 13k miles in them in that time!) I called Alpinestars customer service department and they'll be sending him a new pair. No questions asked. It didn't even matter that I didn't have the receipt. Great customer service!

I forwarded this post to A*. They said no worries, they still have your credit card info.

That's awesome .

I need a new pair of gloves and what do you know, it just so happens that mine have a hole in them as well and unfortunately, I lost the receipt . Guess I'll be giving Alpinestars a call...

I'm kidding of course.

Haha! They are requiring that I send the old ones before they'll send the new ones
