I want my bike to look like this!

So do you know anyone that would do this kind of thing, and roughly how much it would cost? Really curious.
Thanks!

...you'll probably have better luck calling around locally. A clean paint job can cost hundreds and even thousands depending on the paints/coats/prep/etc.

Or some hack can use rattlecans and tape in his back yard for a hundred bucks and it might look good from 10 feet away for a day.

It's up to you what you want to spend on what you'll be seen on.

I don't know anyone in Canada but in CA I know a shop that could do that. I'd guess the mods would easily equal the cost of the bike if done right but I can't estimate a price.

Its a small shop that makes some really sick project bikes their face book site has a bunch of pics of their work. They also built everyone of my motors during my 5 years of pro racing with not a single one ever having a mechanical EVER.

Link to original page on YouTube.

looks like you need a lot of different disciplines to accomplish the look.
assuming you want to do minimum work, may need to
-get corbin or another upholstery shop to get the seats redone
-get an plating shop to anodize the aluminum bits for color
-buy the grips of ebay
-buy double bubble windscreen
-get a powder coater the redo the wheels in red
-buy red aftermarket rear sets
-change out the rear sprocket
-then contact a painter to either paint or lay down vinyl then clearcoat
-get a metal fabricator to build a custom rear fender

easily over $1000 for the look, probably could save a lot if you do the dismantling and prep yourself.

Aside of the paint on the fairings. The wheels and rearsets you should get powder coated instead of just painted.

A good price should be less than $200 usd for that part alone. The rest can vary all over the place.

you don't necessarily have to go to several places for the work, but it would be cheaper.
if you hit up one shop and tell them what you want, they could say "sure we can do it here" and they'll do likely a small amount in-house then they'll outsource everything else and charge you an arm and leg.

warp it

why paint when you can vinyl wrap it. Look at the race teasm they're all wrap not painted on stuff. Go to a sign shop that specializes in vinyl wrap ought to be a whole lot more reasonable than paint. Wardie

I've seen those vinyl wraps before. They're really cool, I just really liked this look a lot.

And really? I thought it would be way more expensive then that.
Thanks a lot for all the info!

Yeah, I'd say wrapping is the way to go, since if you put that much money into cosmetics, you might never want to ride it! A simple low side could do as much damage as the bike is worth. So unless it's art instead of a ride, I would find an affordable way to do it.

On that note, I just had my first experience with vinyl wrap material (I posted my CF paint protection update under the 300 section), and I REALLY enjoyed it. Patient, detailed work, and very satisfying. So if you have the hands and mentality for that kind of stuff, you may get a kick out of doing some wrapping ourself.
