Rated at 70mph+

Here's the front. Very sturdy design. Essential for cold winter riding. Wind
Deflects near top of helmet while riding upright. Eventually
Will be plexiglass. As far as the holes are concerned very little
Air goes through. It's not a bad thing when it's hot outside. When designing
A windshield finding things around the house to take the place of expensive
Plexiglass isn't a bad thing. As far as visibility there is about 6 feet additional loss of visibility vs. the oem windshield measured from the tip of the front tire, part of the tire sticking out in front
of the bike the farthest and from looking over the top of the windshield.
The top of the windshield is 8 inches taller. With clear glass the number will be less but visibility is still enough. The design provides 4 mounting screws using existing mounting holes with longer screws and a double layer design making it
Very wind resistant at freeway speeds with minimal flexing. And eliminates almost all wind turbulence at all including freeway speed and even with a crosswind. Used it for more than a year now my 2010 Kawasaki Ninja 250 is a lot safer in my opinion.

Wear a sweater, or build a ridiculous contraption you can't see through.

I'm sorry but in its current state, it looks like it would do more harm than good lol. I'm sure the final version would look decent, but as of now it reminds me of this.

I like it. You should add some knives or swords to the front aimed at the rider to increase the safety factor.

I ride the CBR well into the low 20s/upper teens through the winter w the stock shield... just gotta spray the helmet w/ anti-fog. There are some nice designs out there that include an upper lip to the existing shield too, the beemer guys are really into it.

That just really doesn't look sturdy enough, have you tried it at speed?
