That one who gets the first picture that meets the requirement is the one who sets the next challenge. Though, if you get a pic and "miss" the challenge, by all means upload it. We like seeing where others have taken their bikes!

Hurm, aside from the Salvation Army guys during Christmas, I never see anyone out ringing bells and I don't think I've ever seen a street musician.
