Hey, let's stick to your first idea. Meet you at Bryant Road and Taconic around 11:15ish then head over to Danbury.

Let you decide the best route there. Try to be at the Mobil around ~12.

Sound good?

If you've been where we're going I'd be hAPPY TO FOLLOW YOU and can be at Asto whenever you want. My only reservation is that getting across the triboro to any fast moving traffic is going to take 45 minutes. If you think that's enough to make danbury @ 12.......I;ll meet you under train bridge @ 10:30 latest.

Good ride today, guys.

Eddie, we hit the same twisties (and a few new ones) on the way back and there was no traffic. GREAT fun!

There used to be a great jaguar shop in stratford. You need to get out of town. Ride up Wheelers Farm Rd and get through Orange, Woodbridge, and head up to Ansonia and ride with that crazy mad bastard, Winston from Connecticut, into Bethany. There are some great roads just north of you.

We used to keep one of our planes at Ansonia Airport. It's probably not there anymore. They probably made a golf course like they did to Bridgehampton. You need to hook up with CT and hit all the back roads in Woodbride, Seymore, and Bethany.

NJTP on Memorial Day weekend?

You have my sympathies.

Me, I think I'm going to try to find a nice, shady, twisty road someplace and have some quality time with my throttle.

I feel you but it shouldnt be too bad most people take off and leave tomorrow and friday especially the Bike week traffic to Myrtle. I'm usually heading south at this time of the year but it is my first time around the city so I'm planning a ride

Prince....first time to Philly ? Not to plan your ride but.....you can pick up 611 in Easton PA....ride the delaware past New Hope and I think 611 turns into a main street in philly. 95 is a long boring road from NYC to Philly

Saturday looks pretty wet.

At some point this weekend I'll be teaching a fine young thing from work how to drive a manual transmission car (I won't say "stick" because I KNOW you'll immediately go "there" ), but the time is TBD.

It's also my anniversary.

So it's pretty random at the moment.

Weather is irritating me. Wanted to get five hundred miles in this weekend. I did a quick trip up to Bear on a whim on Tuesday night.

Was nice except I was constantly worried about running over or into a deer.

500 miles....If weather is good I have an expressway triangle that's very near 500
Taconic to 90 (extremenmly fast road) to Boston to NY on 95....I think I clocked it @ 480. Really...I cant see making those miles on anyhting but expwy
Buuuuut.......
I can give you my catskills tour....leave early and i think we can get 440-ish on outstanding roads.
Both are 12 hour rides.
AB cant come, something to do with a stick and a chick and teaching her how to dive...or drive or soemthing.
