Bought a 250 today.

I finally found the one I've been looking for, a 2004, one owner with 5150mi. and a new battery for $1500, and it runs great. It needs a front brake lever and tires, but no scratched plastic, and it hasn't been molested. Too bad it's Yellow
But for the price/condition, I can live with it.

Hey, it's Hi-Viz right?

My camera died, but at least I got one pic.

Sweet! congrats on the new addition to the family! Even though she is yellow, she's looking mighty fine.

Congratulations, I like the yellow personally but if you want a different color then I suggest using plasti dip, if you don't like it then you can peel it right off and you're back to square 1.

Congrats! Looks like you got a good deal. And the yellow looks good!

Now it's time to change the brake fluid, check the valve adjustment, adjust the chain, look into new tires, and on, etc...

Thanks! It needs tires first thing, so when I pull the wheels, I'll go over the bike and do a major service before I even take it out on the road. Once I pull off the bodywork I'll see what kind of surprises are waiting...
Should be okay though, I checked it over pretty well before handing over the cashola.

Thanks for the link, Motofool.

I love the yellow. That is the only color I have ever had for my ninjettes. I just wish Kaw would make more yellow bikes. I like the yellow they use.

I have the 2012 black with the yellow accents, kind of wish they would have done a yellow one with the black accents. Big fan of that look
