Welcome Miky!

The very first thing to check would be your battery connections. Clean and tight sir. Hopefully it is as simple as that.

failed or defective flasher relay? Fully seated (plugged in) to its housing or socket?

I'd also suggest to confirm the output of the charging system (voltmeter)

What year/model bike?

Don't just throw parts at it man, most bits can be fully tested. Divide and conquer here, let's focus on your starting problem first.

I know you said the battery was new, but have you tested it via a meter under load? It would suck to have it read 12v just sitting there and then dip to 10v ish volts under load.

Is it the solenoid buzzing? Have you tried jumping the poles?

Also, I know it's the colder season and many batteries will bite the dust this time of year, but when a battery goes bad, I always suspect a possible stator or regulator problem as well. Especially if I have a dead battery "all of a sudden" for no good reason. Again, this can be tested with a meter while the bike is running. Greater than 12v, but under 15v while idle says all is good with your charging system.

Either the relay is deffective (bad internal contactors) or the voltage reaching its connectors is much less than 12 volts.

I would use a cheap voltmeter to verify the voltage before start replacing things.

The problem may be bigger than a bad relay if your bike was electrically dead having a new battery.
As mentioned above, either the battery is deffective, it is being drained down by a short while in storage, or the charging system is not working properly.
