Couldn't you just put eye screws/bolts rom a hoist and just hang the bike from that?

Use a ladder or the rafters in your garage. You don't have to buy anything that way.

I honestly find this pretty useful, if somewhat less than elegant. There have been several times I have wanted to hang the bike and no combo of stands could make it work.

That's a pefect solution.
I would add this....you dont need a garage to work with it...rotate the tees at base 90 degrees and that sucker becomes 1" thick for storage...a quarter turn will not effect the joint. Excellent idea! |
