It's gonna be the best birthday ever!

I'm only going to be able to ride 2 days, probably Sat and Sun. My 5th graders have a big Veterans Day program to perform Tuesday the 11th, so there's no way I'd be able to get off Monday. I'll take half of Friday and head down that way, probably arriving around 5. My plan is to stay in a hotel, but I'm going to come hang out at the track a bit that evening.

I am home after a terrible drive home

, but a great weekend. I am hoping all of my pics and vid come out. I should have an interesting vid of my throttle and brake inputs during a race. I hope I got the cam angle good enough, I haven't seen it yet.

A vid request from a buddy of mine named Chuck. Check the sick wheelie at the race start.

He is riding a 450 2smoke running race fuel on slicks. He is an extremely talented rider and his bike is a cornering beast!!!! All of the 250's strengths and none of our weaknesses. Took everything I had to even keep him in sight on the first lap.

Didn't come out.

Between a bad angle on the cam and my head movement/hang off... the throttle/brake input vid sucks.

Most of the time it's just a vid of the tarmac. And I had to fix the vid, as it was corrupted for some reason.

Guess I will have to try again next time.

Sweet kick, even though you didn't get it, looked like more of a timing issue than anything else since you came in contact because you were starting to land.
I really need to get into a martial art, unfortunately the only fighting gym within 25miles of me isn't exactly ideal (aimed at kids as an after school program primarily) as opposed to a proper mma gym which is the ideal

The "Americanized" part I added. As of the last 10yrs of classes, it has been less about the traditional teachings and more about the exercise, fitness and health. Sure, we still learn the requirements of the ATA tests but stuff like the below is rarely touched on in my experience.
