Hey everyone!!!! My name is Brandi and I am from Charlotte,NC. I was born a yankee but came down south to get away from the snow. Just 2weeks ago I bought an 2007 Kawasaki ninja 250r. A friend was selling it and I figured it would be a great starter bike..I've always had dirtbikes growing up

I took a motorcycle saftey course with my boyfriend and we loved it. So as far as best type of oil to use,which do you guys recommend?? and does anyone know of any graphic places that make for 2007 ninjas??

How many miles does it have? I would go with the simple kawasaki oil cause its cheap to buy. No sense in buying too expensive an oil.

Welcome.
Should be a be some good weather this weekend in Charlotte for riding. If you don't mind spending a little extra, synthetic 10w40 oil is better. Mobil 1 is $10 a quart @ Pep Boys / $12.99 @ Cycle Gear. If you are on a budget, Castrol Act*Evo 10w40 is $6.49 a quart @ Cycle Gear. I've used both with good results.
The only place to get OEM graphics is from the dealer. Team Charlotte Motorsports online store tends to have parts a little cheaper than retail.

Definitely, use only synthetic oil, 9K miles is just the beginning of the life of that engine.
