All Aussie stock Ninja's are carb'd.

But there is a dodgy place melbourne selling dodgy injected versions. Not to much experience with them myself, but haven't heard any good news about the bike or the dealer yet.

Besides a fender eliminator, swapping my indicators out for some mini LED ones is all I've done so far. Picked up these bad boys off of eBay, put a 10w 10 ohm resistor in parallel and they do the trick.

& theres a scorpion exhaust on there, but that was by the previous owner.
Sounds pretty good, but compared to my mates '91 CBR250rr (pictured), mine sounds pathetic
I hear screaming demon make a loud pipe, another ninja 250r rode along side me the other day and im not sure what he had but he drowned me out 10 times over.

Signed up today also and also from Australia, the wine state. Wealth of info on the Ninja 250 here.

PLenty of mods for your bike. You know you want a KOSO digital dash. Got my bike last November, so next considerations for me is jetting. So far, pirelli s/demon tyres, k&n filters, fully synthetic oil, HEL solid green braided brake lines, galfer brakes, two bros exhaust, darkscreen, sliders, integrated smoke rear LED light installed.

Stay clear of the import EFI Ninja 250. Parts are difficult to get in Australia, and most have had problems. The other site I'm registered had a forum on it. Australia is carby model officially.

Carbs will teach you a lot about an engine anyway, if you plan on jetting yourself.

OT: My sportisi jets just came for my racer, springs and emulators for the the front, still waiting on gold valve and spring for the rear
