new in Austin, TX
Hey guys, 22 and in Austin, Texas. I don't have a bike yet. But I've ridden motorcycles in the past before, but its been a few years since.
I've talked about getting one for years but that's all its been, just talking. Finally pulled the trigger and signed up for my motorcycle course today, which is this weekend and I'm hoping to have my bike by next week. It'll be a 09 black 250. I've joked around with my parents that I bought a motorcycle and they would always call out my lie. Recently did it again a few days ago to get their reaction was pretty much along the lines of "LOL nice try" (joke will be on them ha) Pretty effing excited!! |

Also, just wondering.
Is $2500 a good price on a 2009 with 2200 miles, and no body damage at all. |

Well I finished my MSF course and picked up the bike today.
Ended up getting that plasma blue 08 for $2250. (7700 miles) Pretty excited. Spent 10 hours in 2 twos on a completely different bike and it feels pretty intimidating getting on the ninja after being on a cruiser. I'll probably hold off for a few days before taking it out. My parents didn't believe that I bought one. I sent them this picture lol  Look forward to being part of the community. Now time to get gear. Edit: And my parents were totally cool with it. |
