Noobie day today was AWESOME!!! No crashes and lots of track time!

You all improved so much throughout the day and seemed to be really enjoying yourselves. I hope that you've caught the bug and will be back soon. TurkeyDaz is coming! Props to both Randy for coming out on his 21st birthday and Jiggles for driving all the way from the Bay Area to hang for the weekend. We're freezing our butts off out here but stoked to race tomorrow. Again I had a blast meeting all of you and helping you through the track - I hope that you got as much out of it as I did.

To people who I didn't say "cya" sorry. I had a long drive and I'm working today so had to bail real quick.

Also I'm an anti-social assh0le so no news there.

Thanks Kev for helping out on and Darren off track. Props to Max for passing me on his ninjette on the bowl

You just wait till I get more practice here!

Oh and andy almost killing me! Although it's pretty much my fault.

I got a lot of dirt riding training for sure

hah with my new suspension setup i am way too high up and i think i only touched knee on the negative banked turns and only barely then

The weather was so nice that day too, you will never forget this day, I promise. I still get chills thinking of my first day, which was a year ago from when you guys came out

They grip just as well at BT45's, maybe better, and they don't resist turn in like the 90 profile tires do. I'll be buying another set next season. They seem to wear about the same as the Sport Demons.

They look like this after some fun time.

i dunno man, i had the Pirelli Scooter, then the MT75, and now the Sports Demon, the Sports Demon after this one track day and i felt it is more planted. but then again, it could be all psychological since the SD are twice as much in cost ;p (i took both the Scooter and MT75 to track, both last quite long).

Great day Max!! It was awesome to actually ride on the track for change.

Too bad the photographer didn't get any pictures of me after I started to get comfortable. (I need to look through my GoPro vids to find something worth posting.

What a blast! I had a great time this weekend and feel like I really improved through the course of the day. It was great to meet everyone, and to see the huge grid we had going on. I wanted to thank all of the experienced riders (especially Max for organizing) for their help, advice, giving up their time and money to lend and hand, and making it an all around great experience! Can't wait to get back out there, and next time i'll be sure to get the whole weekend free so I can stay for the races!

I'll get a more thorough post in here later but for any one curious to know how big the grid was in the 250 races that you ALL SHOULD HAVE STAYED FOR on Saturday and Sunday...

@Jiggles can verify - I may have looked fast to you on the track day but I am definitely one of the slowest riders in the races. My new best time is a 2:13.3 with a new track record for 250 bikes set at 2:01.1 on Sunday.

Borrow/rent a suit. New street tires will be just fine. You don't need slicks until you're reaching the limits of the street tires.
