restored tuning components, the basis for fine running refurbs, and then installed, completed. Look at that brass. No presence of varnish anywhere, in or out.

Reawakening a Baja 90 kids ATV after a long dormant (4 year) outdoor under cover. Looky this interesting carb/petcock combination. Convenient and confirmed functional. Both main and pilot jets were totally clogged. Note operative word *were*, shown clean as new again.

We have a runner. Carb, electrical work successful. Bodywork fully removed, running via remote gravity fed fuel source (from above) this evening.

This one a relaxing, fun "wake up from a long sleep" project.

Done. Intended to be a learner for a very lucky 9 year old fella, relative of owner.

Impeccable carburetion, touch button start, quiet, low idle, impressive response to thumb actuated throttle. Adjustable throw...which I've dialed back on owners instruction. Of course can be tweaked as he learns.

Ancient vintage Rochester BC 1bbl now in the house. Offa late 50's Chevy pickup truck. Orig Rochester # 7003536-C-13, carb requiring sectional disassembly in order to reveal the entire part #.
Correct rebuild kit in process of being ordered, though accel pump replacement not matching up in dimension to whats in there A basic kit has been identified.
More research needed to nail the accel pump replacement....an ongoing process.

Looky that old school brass float assembly! And using a float needle..same basic principle as the 250.

Another set of 250's here for refurb today. Curiously, the master carb throttle shaft badly binding, the slave is not. Corrective action underway.

Update issue resolved. These'll turn out fine.

The '58 Chevy pickup running sweet, Steady, low idle reacting to perfectly set mixture and idle speed screws, revs on command, falls back to the same calm idle. Local owner close by, I did removal, rebuild, reinstall and setup. Rare that I get to witness my own work.
I'll get a pic up of the thing in a day or 2.

4 bangers from 1973 HONDA CB350F reported leakers in for corrections and refurb. Wet tested right outta the box...fuel pouring out the vents. Yup, needles and seats to be replaced, along with all rail orings, gaskets, etc etc. All "consumables"

Upon disassembly...found RTV used in lieu of proper orings to hold/seal main jets. Various other evidence of neglect/abuse. Parts ordered, I'll split the rack and treat components during the wait. A lotta precise, detailed work required on these.

Looking at the pic...#2 and 3 seem to be gasping for help

PS these things from another era, weigh a ton

the 650's pictured as received, just beginning basic disassembly and inspection. Amongst other signs of neglect, emulsion tubes found badly varnished, bleed holes plugged solid. Definite attention required.

Another odd ball...found 2 orings installed under each pilot screw! Somebody was in there before, installed new, failed to remove old! And, curiously enough, the same exact spec oring as used on your 250 pilot screw!

Anyways...fun ongoing.
