I just turn 48 last month and my wife and kids think I'm going through my mid life crisis wanting to get a 250. My kids think I'm to old because it's the type of bike their friends ride. Just wondered what the average age is on here.

I've hit 40, too. Not to worry, kevheads. Lots of us old folks with Ninjettes because they make a ton of sense. Both practical and fun.

I got the mid-life crisis comments too. Funny cause I had been looking at the Ninja 250 for several years but it was more about timing getting back into riding again. Never thought of it as anything more.

I'll be 70 in Feb. Now ride a Honda Sport Touring Bike. When the tendon I tore in my back last November heals, I'll get another 250 Ninja--Green because it is fastest. I'll keep the Honda for long trips. The 250 will see a lot of track time.
