MotoGP… The Doctor is IN

Heck of a ride by Valentino today. Those last ten laps or so were real edge of the seat stuff.

Nice to see him working his magic again…

Although I am no VR fan, he rode very well. The Hondas were having real trouble with the track for sure, and Marc is wasting no time making his mark (pun intended) on the championship.

I'm so happy to have VR back on the M1, and MM was just as exciting to watch. The way he slides that Honda around like its a Moto2 bike was insane. Yesterdays race was more exciting than any of the races last year.

It was so cool to watch that race online with the new Multi-view. Nothing like watching half the race onboard with him with just the sound of the bike.

This is going to be one hell of a season.

That race was fantastic. I'm so happy to see VR in second place. I felt really bad for Cal though, wish he would have passed the repsols and placed on the podium.

So is that free or do you have to put down some money to watch the races online? I'd love to get into watching the races but I don't have cable or satellite to watch em on the tv.

Lorenzo belts out perfect lap after lap at almost every track.
This next one at Texas will be the great equalizer.

So happy to see Val back with Yamaha! I was supposed to be at this race, but plans fell through :/ Hoping to make Indy though.

It was a good race at Te hass today, not for the doctor but for the Honda's

That is one hell of a track though, never knew Texas had that big of hills.

Bikes are capable of 64% lean angle and he is at 61% so he isn't really riding at 100%.

Less bike lean angle at the same speed is why he is faster. He can stand it up faster and save more rubber for the end of the race. I think Scott Russell talked about all this during the race.

I wonder too about how the tire choice played into this. They said he went with a harder compound tire than Pedrosa. Wonder if the softer tire was starting to give up at the end of the race where the slightly harder one had more grip left? Either way it was fun to watch

How can anyone understand what Russell says. The guy talks like he's from Georgia or something.

They dropped out several years ago, and never had much success in that class.

Yeah Val just wasn't it the groove. He'd mentioned during practice that he had a lack of front end grip...which is probably due to the track surface. He seemed super strong and aggressive in Qatar.

My god Marquez is crazy!
