Mark, from B'ham, Bama......
I have a bunch of bikes, have recently fell in love with the little Ninja's (250 & 500)....so much easier to work on than my big 4's (ZRX, GPz1100's). I'm about 25 minutes from Barbers......have a swap meet space at the Festival every year. Come by and say "hello" (spaces H-30, H-31). I'm an old phardt at 66 yrs.......fixin to retire in March and hopefully be able to ride to Fairbanks in June 2021 (on my vstrom 650).

It lives....!!!!
After a slow 2 months of dissecting, cleaning, pulling carbs, Ducatiman1 Professional Carb Rebuild, putting back together, flushing fluids/chain/yadda yadda, it's finally finished. Sputtered to life on the third try (getting fuel to the empty carbs, I assume)....purrs like a pussycat. Finally warmer temps in Bama and I was able to ride it in da Hood.....these little two-fiddys are "screamers"....loves to be rev'd!! Anyway......waiting on the title to return in my name, will go up For Sale when the weather gets warmer here. I have 8 more bikes in the stable.....working on a KLR650 next to flip. I'm sure I'll have another EX250 within a month....to do the same thing to again.

#2.......
I'm on the hunt for #2 Ninja 250.......the little engines in these 250's are real screamers (as everyone here knows).....so much "smoother" than my 2008 EX500 engine. Sure, the 500 has more torgue, and is faster......but the little 250 has very little vibration compared to the 500. Prices on FB are all over the cosmos........looking for a jewel that has not been rode hard, and one that was put away "dry".....and now won't run due to carb issues. I know a guy that can help me with that......
