Recommend a nice butt pad.
So I saw this nice seat pad on a bike at work and it had detachable straps that were secured somewhere under the seat. What's a good pad for the Ninja 250 detachable or fixed?

For long distance / long hours in the saddle, nothing works better than padded bicycle shorts, not only have padding, but spandex also support the gluteus muscles.

$10 2 day shipping. Can't beat it. I think i'll give those a try. Just wear them under my motorcycle pants. Thanks for the suggestion

Form-fitting nature of bicycle shorts are also good for crash protection.. no seam to chaff up the skin when you crash.. just make sure you go commando while wearing bicycle shorts... double up if you require more padding.
