Info on the bulbs here:
http://faq.ninja250.org/wiki/Replaci..._cluster_bulbs

Here's mine currently. White faces, green LED's from superbrightleds.com I got the ones with the right base that were just a small cube of LED's facing all over. The light is pretty good:

Getting the little rubber sockets pulled out of the back of the gauges can be a pain. Some of them are really stuck in there. Make sure to pull on the rubber socket, not the wiring.

Nice. Did you make those gauges yourself or order them?

Does anyone know what size are the tach and speedo? I mean the naked gauges. I want to mount them into a can to have that individual pod look.

@crazymadbastard

This is what I did for like a month. But just decided to go with an even sleeker look. Got a bicycle speedo.

Off the top of my head I can't recall the size on the can in inches. I do remember that it is the exact size that fits and empty roll of painters or masking tape. That's what I used to hold the gauges in place in the cans.

Contact these dudes and see if they'll sell you just their gauge cluster. Looks like you transplant all your OE gauges into their cluster, and you get the cafe fancy look without it being ghetto in soup cans.

thanks that blue collar shop did a very nice job on that, I think their kit is very nice, that is more of a dashboard I do want indiviual pods using my oem guagues. I was thinking maybe some 18 wheeler pipes or this place sells the stainless pipe in 1/4 inch increments.

Biggest issue would be finding a bezel. Heck, the stop speedo is off like 5% anyway I think so an aftermarket one would be no big deal being off like 5-10%.

How many LEDs are in each of your bulbs? I changed mine but the bulbs are only 1 LED in each bulb, not as bright as I hoped it would be... Still looks cool though

for the dummy lights, there's only one. For the backlights, there's 5 LED's in a cube shape for each bulb. They're about the biggest thing that can fit in the slots for bulbs.
