New member from Dayton, OH!

Hello all! I'm Darryl from Dayton, Ohio! I attend OSU in during the regular school terms. I am a new rider, and don't have a Ninjette yet, and plan on purchasing one after I take my MSF course. I've been digging through the site here to learn as much as I can about them and things to look for when buying! Lots of great info here!

Welcome.

Even though the MSF courses get booked up fast, you will probably have some luck as a walk-in.

Yeah, they are booked pretty solid. I saw the walk in deal. I'm going to have to try that out and see if I can get in one of them!

Not a fan of ohio riders honestly. If you ever get the track bug, lemme know sometimes we roll to the track 30 deep. No $hit....

I get some quote notifications, but don't see them

I have only been in Dayton 5 years. It is hard to find more than a few miles worth of nice roads, without leaving the area. Usually my best rides are a minimum 45 minutes away.

Don't let me discourage you though, as a beginner you will have a blast.

About an hour from Dayton exists some of the best roads for 100's of miles. Just need to venture down to northern KY for a day of play. I will show you around sometime.

It said I was posting a duplicate message.. So Idk.. I moved to NC in 06 after I graduated. I just came back here in December after deciding to finally attend college . Yeah the roads and everything else suck here! I wouldn't have came back if it wasn't for me getting into OSU. Dayton is a dying city!

How do you like riding on the 35/75 interchange? I bet thats rough :-p

Glad I don't do it often!

The bumps(frost heaves) on Colonel Glenn Hwy in Beavercreek almost rearranged my spine.

This.

Unfortunately, no good way down there. It's either super slab and craziness in Cincy, or 2.5+ hours each way on decent roads.
