hard to see but looks like the flipping bike missed his legs by inches. Getting hit by a flipping bike is a guaranteed bad time.

That's about impossible. The visor does very little in a crash anyway. Watch how often the WSBK, MotoGP, etc visors fly off. We know they aren't using cheap crap!
