Hey guys! I figured I would post something and introduce myself!
I bought my first bike - a used 2009 Kawi Ninja 250r SE a few months ago. It came with an obnoxious MGP growler on it and although I had heard it was a great starter bike it came with all the problems of a lean-running machine. So as partly through the recommendations on this site and my own tastes I have ordered a factory pro jet-kit and a set of Bridgestone BT-016's with 110/70 in the front and 150/60 in the rear. I will be removing the snorkel and and I am just about to order a Yoshi full exhaust (I'm going with Yoshi as it seems to be the best bang for my buck as far as costs/shipping to Canada etc.). I can't wait to get rid of this MGP and gain more power and responsiveness. I work as a geologist in the interior of British Columbia in an isolated mineral exploration camp. I have lots of time to myself and when I'm not staring at rocks I naturally find myself here. Just wanted to thank you guys for sharing your knowledge as it helps noobs like me discover what riding is all about. Jack |

Hey jack, welcome!
How do the 150s fit on the bike, and how do you like them? I've been looking at getting some 150s but have read conflicting reviews. Thanks! |

Welcome aboard. I'm jealous of where you live. My wife and I stayed in Vancouver, Whistler, Nanaimo, and Victoria on our honeymoon and Victoria was out favorite. We're hoping for a tranfer to Vancouver Island in the future. You'll find lots of great info and members on this site. Enjoy
